I am a single Dad and raise my 11 year old son without help from anyone. So between my work and being a parent I have little life. I am very interested, however, in diet, exercise, age reversal and life extension and my non financial web site deals with these issues. I am also writing a couple books on these subjects.

I have managed many millions of dollars in the stock market in the past, but my current involvement is more modest. Nevertheless I am in front of the screens every day.

I have been actively trading my own money for about 28 years. I started in the early 80s with commodity futures and started managing a small European stock fund (about 7 million) from 1998 to 2002. For the past 10 years or so I have been trading my own money and some small managed accounts.
