Trading for 3-yrs. Spent well over $20,000 with major trading schools during this time and have learned that it takes experience along with formal education to make trading work as a profession. I emphasize "experience". Fortunately, I have never bet the farm in acquiring experience, so I have my capital account in tact; however, I have not grown it as much as I was led to believe in the beginning. My first formal trading school was On Line Trading Academy - $15,000 - 3-weeks of intensive training...total immersion. It took me from a totally ignorant, off-the-street guy, to someone who understood quite a bit about the various stock market investment alternatives, and that, while I originally thought stocks was the way to go, that futures is probably the real way to make money on a daily trading basis. Stocks and bonds is where you invest for the longer term as you trade daily in the futures markets.
