I'm a senior citizen who started trading stocks, then options in the early 80's. I had one of the first Apple computers but no trading software was available except for Excel later to track trades, and what a revelation at that time. I took a long time off from active trading to run my business then upon retiring got back into option trading because I think it's the most fun and good to keep the ol' brain excersized (no pun)...
What a wonderful thing modern trading platforms like TOS (ThinkorSwim) are, allowing all the important info to be shown in a graphical way almost instantly even on my old Macbook...
I am usually short both calls and puts commonly with wide strangles and looking for hi Vol trades likely to break down. Exciting and fun and happy to be here.
