How to enter

Entry is free and takes just a couple of minutes. First, sign up on ForexDesk, using the invitation code "T2WCOMP" and your T2W username. Once you're activated your account, log in and create a new practice account using the default settings. You can call it whatever you like but you must add "#T2W-FEB12" to the name, to enter the new contest. Then make at least one trade during the duration of the competition to qualify for the prize.

Rules

- Contest started on Sunday 29th January 2012 20:00 GMT
- Contest finishes on Friday 2nd March 2012 20:00 GMT
- Enter any time before the contest finishes.
- The winner will be judged by their P&L for the duration of the contest.
- Accounts must remain public (not private) for the duration of the contest.
- Mirroring of trades to retain first position lead is disallowed and may result in disqualification.
- To qualify for the prize contestants must open at least one position.
- Only entry per person (any suspicion of multiple accounts will result in immediate disqualification - it's a player's responsibility to inform us at the earliest opportunity if there's a reason why it may appear the player has multiple accounts).
- The judge's decision is always final.

can i use any leverage or just the default 1:25

Please, teach a bit more how to enter to contest, i registered for ForexDesk under Sharktech username, and now after activated, i created an practice account with name: #T2W-FEB12 using option account bellow default recommended 100K.

but i not know if it is right, so i back to this account settings and deleted it from system (this practice account)

After that i created another practice account under the name: SharkTech #T2W-FEB12 using account bellow option USD Micro 10K. BUT after check the start balance of 5K i deleted it in practice account settings too thinking i am wrong (believing the start balance must be 10k)

Now i want to create a new practice account, but not know what to do, because i saw that last month MABADA has been disqualified due duplicated accounts, so i ask you!

After Deleted this 2 practice accounts will i been disqualified at end of February contest?

What is the right Account Option to Choose?

The Name #T2W-FEB12 need to be used as Suffix or Preffix of an nickname like...:

#T2W-FEB12 __ Nickname

or

NickName __ #T2W-FEB12

?????

Sure, you can use the search facility on the Accounts tab in ForexDesk to search for the contest tag on the account name, ie. "#T2W-FEB12". Here's a quick link for the search: https://www.forexdesk.com/browse/accounts?direction=desc&search=#T2W-FEB12&sort=profit_and_loss

just gone 5 short euro, it didnt say it had accepted,did this 3 times and it failed every time and then gave me all 3 x 5 lots. Software gone wrong

I had something kinda like that happen more than once. Ok, just like it. Just have to learn to wait. In real life I would not trade with a platform like that but this is all just fun and games.

So when you placed the trade you didn't get any confirmation that it worked, so you tried again two more times; and again it didn't give you any confirmation; but then it showed up that all three trades had placed? I that right? Can you identify which trades they were here: https://www.forexdesk.com/traders/Lord Flasheart/activity - it's possible there was some issue at that precise moment with your connectivity to the website, or perhaps with the price feed. If it happens again, please let us know.

It was the last 3 trades I took 3 lots,5 lots snd 5 lots on eur/usd. Correct, it said the trades had been placed,but when they didnt appear I took it again.By the time they appeared the price was against me.

Let us know if it happens again, I want to get a better idea if it's an intermittent problem, or happens on a regular basis. Obviously we'll re-prioritise, if it's a frequent issue. Thanks for your patience!

thanks,but been unable to trade much this week,so just guessing todays now that im behind after being ahead from day one,no justice in this hard world
