This is a new card sent from Dell last Friday as a replacement part after the original, which was still under waranty, was running hot. I'd already replaced it with a gaming card so the new FX 3450 is available for sale. It is still sealed in its original anti-static bag though I needed to use the original box to return the part it was sent to replace.
