I re-entered @1438.00

My stop is now @1441.00

Target is still 1454 or higher

Locked in profit is 3 x 50 = $150

Charity gets $15

Now $20 in total

Yes, nice one. Regarding our own charity comp, we've put it on hold just for the time being whilst I refine the guidelines. Back soon.

yes, excellent work new_trader.
I think you have cracked the problem with the daily charity account T2W has.

you simply trade your own style, and make a proportion of profits available, rather than someone having to trade a different time-frame (ie, essentially daily), and having to monitor it in addition to the preferred one.

keep it up!

Stop Hit @ 1442.00

Watch the market race up to 1454 now, just like I expected

Profit 4 x 50= $200

Charity gets $20 + $5= $25-

Very nice to see. Congratulations are in order. Well done New_Trader.

Thanks again SOCRATES. You will note my original call was spot on! Like you say:

EVERYTHING IS KNOWN IN ADVANCE!

target of 1454.00 hit.

Dear new_trader,

Hello again from that "thread" on citybulls.

Anyway, few first trades on good conditions doesn't impress me, but very well done anyway. I'll tell what would impress me: seeing when the conditions are going to be bad and abstaining for a day or two. I wouldn't mind someone devoting some information to read the signs of when you should NOT be trading at all.

Well done. Excellent. Not difficult, is it ?

Now if and when the fog forms, stop paddling.....until it clears....;)

Sure temptrader, I will be happy to oblige.

There are two times when you should NOT be trading;

1) When you can't afford to and
2) When you can.

:cheesy: :cheesy:

When fog descends, it does not bring heavy winds with it, just very light airs.

Fogs occur in anticyclones, which are areas of high barometric pressure, that is why they are accompanied by light airs or even stillness and that is why they tend to persist.

In that situation, you are not going to drift very far until it clears, although it may take some time.

It is not wise to try to paddle through fog, it is wisest to wait until it clears to resume paddling.

Thanks SOCRATES, I understand. But it takes continual effort to make it look "easy". It is an endless learning process, one which you have no doubt mastered.

Ahhh, I think understand! If so, I should be able to test my understanding on the next trade...correct? If not, then perhaps I need more time to think about what you are saying more deeply.
