I wish to sell a Registered Real Time Version of Tradeguider Software which currently sells for about $2500.00 from the company. It can be used for EOD also. All books, CD's, etc. included. Asking $2000.00

Guys, I have tradeguider RT but I don't understand how to get real time data to it. Is this correct? Using Esignal - You need Qcollector, then with the RT refresh option in TG RT, it will refresh every so often to update the charts?

I think this is right but not sure as I don't to pay for a data signal until I can be sure. Anyone help please

not sure as i'm still not sold on buying it yet.

Tradeguiders pre sales support is non existant from my personal experience.
I have asked a few questions on issues not covered on their website but have had no reply to any of them.

How are you finding the software, what is the accuracy on reversals etc?

Pab, I am with RealTime Data. They are pretty similar to Esignal but cheaper. You can sign up with them for $1 for the first month.

>markyuk, I've only just got the feed into TG. It quite expensive to run TG, I have to pay esignal data for forex 100 bucks a month and on top of that, then I need to pay another 129 bucks for qcollector expert outright :(

Still I'm just using the trial version with the free AUDUSD forex symbol and the intraday signals are looking ok so far. There are some failed reversals signals for the downside but I'm cautious becasue of the overall trend of the pair today. Also trend indicators look good and so far more wins than losses, maybe good for scalping 10-20 pips. But my overall plan is to use TG as a confirmation tool for my other charting system for the big intraday moves anyway. Thats my take so far, sorry I still to play a little bit more :)
 
Barman, how the heck did you get $1 a month for the first month? They advertised around $80 bucks??

Also how do you get realtimedata into tradeguider? Do you need an external software like qcollector:

Now it is esignal data > qcollector > tradeguider?

Hows clean is the datafeed from realtimedata?

Pab, the $1 for the first month should be still available to all TG RT customers and then it's US$59.99 per month for forex only, which might be a special price for TG customers. I was paying around US$110 per month with esignal and then decided to switch to save some bucks.

The feed seems to be ok and I've had no drama's yet.
You don't need any external software to get the feed, once you have signed up with RTD you change your data feed within the program and remember to change symbols as they are different to esignal. AUD A0-FX,5 becomes AUD/USD,5

I can't remember how I signed up with RTD so it might be a good idea to email Darren at TG [email protected]
and just ask.
