Put drugs on the same footing as alchohol and sell them legally over the counter by chemists. No more drug gangs too !!

A 10% annual wealth tax on the second million plus and exemption on the primary home up to a million and grade 1,2 & 3 listed homes.

The super rich would be pegged back a bit but remain rich.

Did you know it is illegal in the UK for 2 or more women to live in the same house if they are prostitutes ?

We'll correct that and other absurdities.

Aim for full employment
Pensions big enough to live on. My pension went up a measly £2.24 last week for 2015 ?!

Podemos (Spanish: [poˈðemos], translated in English as "We can")[a] is a left-wing political party in Spain, founded in 2014 by Pablo Iglesias.

Iglesias was formerly a lecturer of Political Science at the Complutense University of Madrid and is currently a member of the European Parliament. In the 2014 European Parliament elections, Podemos received about 8% of the national vote, even though it was merely 4 months old at the time.

Podemos originated in the aftermath of the 2011–12 Spanish protests against inequality and corruption. It is a left-wing populist party that seeks to address the problems of inequality, unemployment and economic malaise that followed in the wake of the European debt crisis. Podemos has called for a renegotiation of austerity measures and seeks to curtail the Treaty of Lisbon.

Podemos is currently the 2nd largest Spanish party by number of members;[7] it became the 3rd largest party within the first 20 days it allowed membership, with 100,000 signing up in that period,[8] and currently has more than 300,000 members.

Review and change - Permitted Developments laws.

Establish new green belt building rules.
Introduce new simple flat law - build on 2% of owned land. This will ensure appealing and unique properties.

I would like to see small rise terraced flats of say 6 floors ( 1 flat on each floor ) + balcony/patios\sun conservatory tacked onto the south facing side/communal garden at ground level. Tenants association per block to adjust reasonable rents etc.

Let's face it the old rivals are both very boring.
A new popularist party that has a good foundation would be a breath of fresh air.

Green party is new and making some ground at snail pace.

People in Brighton are happy and it is a very popular vibrant place to live, study and work in.

I'm very tired of the big usual suspects Tory, Labour & Liberals too. All stoffy etonites good for nothing well presented wets.

Green party has real people in it who care with passion and are not simply career politicians on the gravy train. (y)

One criticism of 5 storey low rise flats is that there would be arguments. Well yes, but no more than usual probably. The 4 flats could vote out the one obstreperous one.
Have you thought of the large benefits ? Heating from the first floor up would be minimal even in winter.
This extended family living would be nice to have the grand parents nearby to keep an eye on the children, cleaning, odd jobs, garden maintenance etc. all for a pittance.

Single lonely people could fit into a small community.
Sounds ideal to me.

Let's hope the blue meanies and the red wasters become a thing of the past.

I am too old to head it up but some younger person might like to ?
