London Value Investor Conference

The London Value Investor Conference is a practitioners’ conference for Value Investors. Value Investing is a strategy developed by Benjamin Graham in the early Twentieth Century. Over the years, it has been widely adopted by investors who have achieved considerable success by following the approach, most notably Warren Buffett. Numerous academic studies have proven that a disciplined value-based approach to investing in securities outperforms the market over the long term. The strategy is rooted in research into behavioural investing, which explains why it can be challenging to implement psychologically (because it involves taking positions that are contrary to the received wisdom of the crowd) but can be highly rewarding financially when done correctly.
